American rapper Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, professionally known as XXXTentacion or X has reportedly been facing lawsuits again for the various number of crimes committed. According to a report, X has eight new felony charges which includes one with his Ex-Girlfriend.
All the charges on him total to 15 and almost all of them are related to witness tampering and public/domestic violence. According to TMZ, reports have further said that the witness tampering occurred in October 2016 when he was arrested for domestic violence which was him beating his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend and that the new charges are based on all the recordings of the calls which X made when he was behind the bars. As all the prisoner calls are recorded, his was too.
The rapper was directly sent to jail Friday morning, which is non bailable. The Judge has further ordered that he would not be given access to phones or any communication while he is in. Several other contradictions have been made by his fans. Some are threatening the Judge while some are saying that his ex-girlfriend called him weeks ago and said that she’d drop the charges and she she was ready to confess that she was not pregnant during the last situation.
Another report gives us the news about his ex-girlfriend and another occurrence that “She stated that the pair began living together in May 2016. Shortly after, he slapped her and damaged her iPhone after she complimented another man on his jewelry.
The victim said in her testimony that her boyfriend grew increasingly violent toward her following that incident, threatening to kill her “literally like every day.” She alleged that he head-butted, punched, stomped and kicked her once for humming along to a song and threatened to cut out her tongue.
In August of that year, Onfroy was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a firearm, armed home invasion and robbery in connection with an incident not involving his ex-girlfriend.
He pleaded no contest to all charges against him and was sentenced to six years’ probation.
After he was released from police custody, he and the victim moved back in together in North Miami. She claimed in her testimony that Onfroy threatened her with a glass bottle after learning that she’d been intimate with another man following his arrest.
A week later, the pair moved into an apartment in Sweetwater where Onfroy reportedly strangled the woman several times. She said another resident intervened, stopping him from hurting or killing her.
The victim testified that she learned she was pregnant in October 2016. That month she claims Onfroy repeatedly called the man with whom she’d been intimate outside her relationship with him and threatened to kill her and her unborn child.”
We only hope that this talented artist gets out of all the charges soon and starts another happy life. #FREEX
